The Opportunity
Adobe's Worldwide Education Learning and Advocacy team is seeking a leader who believes in education technology and the impact of Adobe’s products to ignite the unique, creative brilliance in every learner.

You'll pioneer efforts to create courses, learning experiences, and credentials for students that lead to tangible, measurable skills. Your programs will ensure college and early career students feel confident in their digital creation and communication skills to pursue their dream jobs, careers, and passions. Responsibilities include:
Define learning and credential journeys and partner with marketing, sales, customer success managers, partners, and schools to ensure the value of Adobe student learning and certifications is clear and compelling
Integrate with the Adobe Certified Professional certification experience, including overseeing the program, vision, and key partnerships
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiences
Design program success and tracking systems to deliver practical insights and guide decisions
Effectively plan and manage budgets, resources, vendors and partners to achieve results.
Continually assess market needs and opportunities, adjusting product and program priorities and/or securing support for additional investment as needed What you need to succeed
Minimum of BS or BA in a relevant field or equivalent experience
8+ years work experience in program management within a product marketing team focused on learning, or in an edtech environment, including experience managing external agencies, vendors, and partners
Experience with designing or building Learning Management System (LMS) solutions, including working with product teams to design custom features and track user success metrics in various ways, including course actions, surveys, and evaluation metrics such as Kirkpatrick
Experience building, developing and running complex programs on a global scale
Domain expertise on effective instructional design, course development, and assessment and certification practices and how to define and measure successful outcomes for customers and the business
Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision.
Ability to work in a team setting and/or independently as needed; self-starter.

Pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role if based in New York City.
New York Starting Salary $166,700 - $216,500

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
